Yes, but it is common for people to add the session to their schedule and then not actually attend the session. So, you may still have a good chance at making it in the session if you are patient. They usually allow anyone in about 5 minutes before the session if there is capacity remaining. I think that this list is a representative list of how many people use the schedule builder tool.

Since some sessions are probably filled to capacity, I'm working under the assumption that they'll not only check to make sure that you have a badge, but to make sure that you have the RIGHT badge (i.e. one that is registered for the session in question).
