I was telling him how hard of work it is. I never considered dissuading him with the smell factor.

Re: 8 things and tag round 2

Those pseudo-typos can make a difference sometimes, eh? ahh well... Our "babies in diapers" stage is slowly coming to a close. Thankfully! At least, until the next one comes along.

Re: 8 things and tag round 2

@Charles: I think it may have been Freudian, but you said you did a "stink" instead of a "stint"...not sure I want the mental image of someone "doing a stink" at a place I eat. I had babies in diapers, so maybe that's why such a phrase sounds familiar :).

Thanks for the notes. See you in Lake Michigan this summer!

Re: 8 things and tag round 2

I always thought diving would be cool. My mother-in-law got me a pair of goggles and snorkle. A little ironic considering where I now live (in the middle of cornfields), but I have used them a few times around Lake Michigan and other smaller lakes.

I did a stink at Burger King. I actually enjoyed parts of it for the community of folks that were totally different than my circle of friends. But the stress is a killer.

The HENpennings are witty and enjoyable. I will have to revisit.

Re: 8 things and tag round 2

@David: Cool, I'll be waiting for it. The list of acts would have been cooler if this was 1998, but amazingly, some of them are still kicking!

Re: 8 things and tag round 2

Very interesting, I am in the first round too and have a similar backstage experience to your number 5. that should make my list.

Re: 8 things and tag round 2

Great stuff.
